Ensure it is in the  Users\Username\Documents\N1MM Logger+\UserDefinedContests
folder.  If it is, open the file in Wordpad, Click Save As>Plain text document.
Check it has not been saved as  .txt

I looked at the manual. It appears that cw sending via dtr is NOT supported.

You will probably need to generate cw via audio.   This is not supported by n1mm.

Further, the product has a 25 wpm limit for cw  via keying cable. This is inadequate for contest use.

Buy a Morty or a winkeyer.

Dear Cable Television,

N1MM has a pop-up window for sending CW directly from the keyboard. In the Entry Window, with a CW contest loaded and in CW mode, type <ctrl>+K or select >Window >CW Key. Start typing...

When done sending, press <return> or <escape>.

Question.

I am using the current version of  N1MM,  a Kenwood TS590s and a Signalink with a relay driven switched cw output.

Is there a way to configure N1MM to operate keyboard driven CW?

I understand N1MM does not support sound card CW but my Signalink actually uses the radios key input jack.

Thank you

There is also a right-click menu item:

Which is also very interesting.

Hi Bud..

It sounds like the window has been moved off the screen. Hold your mouse over the N1MM icon on the taskbar and you should see various windows behind it. Hold your mouse over the WSJT Decode window and Right click and select move. You can then use your arrow keys to move it back onto the screen.

A New release of the Super Check Partial database files is available at:

Calls in the MASTER.DTA file: 35,073

If you would like to contribute your CABRILLO format logs for the SCP database, please send them at any time.

The easiest thing to do is to bcc the following email address:

...when you submit your log to the sponsor’s robot after each contest.

Please DO NOT send ADIF files, your LOGGER database file, 3830 postings... just CABRILLO! :-)

You can send more than one log attachment in a single email BUT PLEASE DON’T SEND THEM IN A ZIP file!

If you want to check the version of the SCP files you are using, look for a call beginning with “VER2". Every SCP file includes the version number in the list of calls in the format VERYYYYMMDD.

The next release of the database will be at the beginning of February 2020. Any requested changes or deletions of callsigns received by NOON PST on February 1st, 2020 will be included in that release.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND ADD/CHANGE MESSAGES WITHOUT ATTACHED LOGS OTHERWISE I PROBABLY WON’T SEE YOUR REQUEST due to the email processing robot.

PLEASE SEND REQUESTS FOR ADD/CHANGE to logs@... - please help me help you - this way, requests don't get lost in my personal email.

IMPORTANT: Before sending an add/change message, please check the LATEST version of the SCP database to see whether your requested change (especially add requests) is unnecessary because the call is already present.

Please let me know if you find any bad calls in the files.
Thanks again to all the contributors!

Be sure to see my correction on NOT using yourcall-1 through yourcall-7. Instead, use yourcall-17 to yourcall-21 to set up different "profiles" in the cluster you connect to.
Then simply put yourcall-17 to yourcall-21 into the N1MM telnet window to select your desired "profile":

This really helps in tailoring your telnet feed to get the most out of it. I don't need 40 meter spots showing that Europe is spotting Europe. That does not help me.

Telnet is a tool. You have to adjust the tool to make it work best for your application. One size does not fit all!

Right Mike.

Download VE7CC User, which is a cluster configuration tool, and use it to configure your cluster feed the way you want it.

Its available here:

http://www.bcdxc.org/ve7cc/

It's (nearly) impossible to set your (CC Cluster) filters without this tool.

As a side note, I set up my call, W7RY-1 through W7RY-7 for various filters depending on the contest. Just plain W7RY, is for general operating that has CW and RTTY spots. -1 has only RTTY spots, -2 is CW only spots, etc... etc...

Jay, WS7I and I have been doing clusters since the 1980s. Started on VHF only on 145.530 and expanded from there.

Kevin,

No.

N1MM+ has several methods for sending active contest details to external devices or applications, but none of those include FTP. Check the documentation's >Appendices >External UDP Broadcasts.

N1MM+ also posts QSO information to a local transaction log file (called a .TRN file). If you look in the documentation's >Appendices >Third-Party Software you will find an app called Real-Time Log Backup that can be used to exploit a TRN file and route the traffic to another storage medium (like a file server of cloud server). With a little creative configuring you could strap an FTP program on the back-end of that process.

Cannot get keying using the EXTFSK or EXTFSK64.  Can get keying by using a COM 5 (randomly picked) however it sounds like there is a carrier being TXe'd with the keying.
