I have a similar problem.  Go into device manager and disable your com3 and then enable it.  Works for me.

Hi guys, I used N1MM Logger (not Logger+) in cqww rtty and everything worked fine (also today).
Now I have problems when trying to tx on cw or on ssb.
Run 775dsp and microkeyer, pc is Win8.1.
I start N1MM and I get into an "error opening com3", which is the com I setted for cw in the configuration ports.
Check the settings (I made no changes for years); com3 is:
- flagged on cw
- dtr Always on
- rts Always off
- no other flags on other voices, cw/ptt port address is 3E8
Same settings for 4 years, Always worked.
Rebooted the pc twice, no changes.
Disconnected/reconnected microkeyer, no changes.
If I play sample cw messages from the microkeyer, it works, so it's not an hw problem.

Radio is ok, I change bands, vfo frequency on the bandmap, all ok.
Plus, when on ssb, I have a "file not found" message when pressing a key to play a wav file.
I think is related to the com3 error, since everything worked normally until now.
What can I check more?
Alternatively, can anyone give me the settings that you use?
Thanks, bye.

I think what Jim is describing is that pressing the icon to get a Google Calendar download is not working more than a few days into the future.  The calendars displayed on my browser are functional.

Jim –

I always use the “8-Day” option and this currently shows contests up to October 19th.  You can also select “12-Month” and “Perpetual” options.  “Perpetual” currently shows contests up to 2028.

Alex.
My N1MM and telnet on my windows 10 PC work just fine. In the telnet list, there are about 10 nodes out of that list that work all the time.
WS7I is the one I just. Belongs to my Friend Jay, in Spokane Washington.

Re: EME Contest Setup

If the mode you want is JT65, and you are using WSJT-X, then use the Window > Load WSJT/JTDX menu item to start up WSJT-X. Or, type FT8 into the Entry window, and then when WSJT-X opens change its mode (in the WSJT-X menu) to JT65.

I know it worked at one time. The Flex Clear RIT command was coded for the primary slice, what you would call VFOA or Main in other radios.
