I believe I saw a setting for removing leading zero, perhaps that can be confirmed, for this case

Thanks for the answer.

The reason is that there are some frequent one hour contests in Sweden where you never reach 100 QSOs. In these contests it has become the norm not to use three digits in the serial number. When I use N1MM, some of the other contestants get confused about the very first 0 or T.

I don't believe what you want is possible in the program as currently implemented.  I'm a little puzzled why you would want it - it seems to be that when leading zeros are required, for the first 9 serial numbers you would want to have the same 3-element format as the other numbers, to make it easier for the op on the other end to be sure it was copied correctly.

Oliver,

It was indeed program bug (pre-filling default exchange for non-JA stations with “001” instead of CQ zone). It is fixed and will be in the new release.

  Thanks for reporting it.

Ouch!

Sure it is. But wonder why NL+ didn't take the CQ zone as exchange as a pre-fill when opening a new log. And don't expect any of the JA's would tell me ... :-(

So cockpit error, thanks guys!

Could that be because the exchange in the JIDX contest is not a serial number? According to the web site, the sent exchange is a signal report plus your CQ zone.

The interface between GRITTY and N1MM+ is still being debugged, and the instructions for how to use it have not been written because the details of how to configure it are still changing. For now it is in development but not yet fully supported.

I'm using N1MMLoggerplus for a special event station this weekend. I used the provided DXpedition event with mixed-dig setting. Is there any easy way to add a name field to the entry window and log? I'm working some shits today and tomorrow and apologize I don't have a lot of time to research. If you can point me to a help page or otherwise describe how it would be appreciated. If it's too complicated I will just go with what I have and try to set it up for next year. Thanks in advance.

Gagarin Cup contest.

NA3M Nick

Unfortunately ver. 1.0.4840 did not fix the problem with Gagarin Cup
contest.

If you are planning to work in GCup you can download and install this
experimental version:

http://n1mm.hamdocs.com/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=2668

Do not forget to download and import special country file cty-CQM.dat
located here:

http://n1mm.hamdocs.com/tiki-list_file_gallery.php?galleryId=5

After the contest normal wl_cty.dat should be imported so regular contests
will work correctly.

Slightly OT: 2015 Georgia QSO Party

Ian Kahn

All,

In 22 hours, the 54th Annual Georgia QSO Party gets under way. The Georgia QSO Party is routinely hailed as one of the country’s best QSO parties! This is the one time a year when all (or nearly all) 159 counties in Georgia will be activated. If you are a county-hunter, looking for band or mode fills for your WAS/Triple Play, or just like to contest and have fun, please come join us. Activity will be hot and heavy on all HF bands, using SSB or CW. The rovers are all ready to head out and activate those rare counties so you county-hunters can up your counts and/or get your band/mode fills. The fun starts at 18:00 UTC this Saturday, April 11. The contest runs for 10 full hours on Saturday (1800 UTC – 0400 UTC Sunday) and ten full hours Sunday (1400 UTC – 2359 UTC). I’ll be active the entire contest on the phone portions of the bands. If you need Georgia, or Fulton County, give me a shout and we’ll get you taken care of. For more details, please see http://www.georgiaqsoparty.com.

See you on the air this weekend!

There seems to be a "focus" issue when using the GRTTY window to pick up call sign and exchange information. When your mouse is in the GRTTY window, the ESM Functions keys don't work in the main N1MM entry window (unlike when using the DI window).

Could be me. I installed it last night, and tried to use it for the NS RTTY Sprint.
