Ozcan, I'm happy to help you with this if I can, but need some more information about your setup.  Are you using a separate keyer, such as Winkey?  If not, what is the communication between your computer and the radio - USB?  Are you trying to key CW using the RTS or DTS lines on the (virtual) COM port?  Was your PSK and RTTY work done using audio from the computer, or were you switching something on the radio?

Well when I searched ‘"Print to file – Print the score summary to a file."’ It didn’t work.

But when I searched it without the quotation marks it worked fine.
