Is there any way (using only a PFX multiplier)

Multiplier1Name = WPXPrefix

MultSqlString = WPXPrefix

the multiplier are different prefixes but only of a country? (eg prefixes Country ="LU" ) and not multiplier if it is a prefix from any other country?
