OK - I understand, now
that I've seen the video. A question, though - when you see the noise, is the
rotator actually turning, or has it stopped? When it stops,
does the noise stop? What rotator is involved? Do you have a program between the
computer and the rotator, such as PSTRotatorAZ or
Easy-Rotor? Is there a USB to serial converter involved
in the path from the computer to the rotator?
