Yes I am able to access it via my browser. It seems to be isolate to Logger +. I am able to update the CTY.dat file via Logger +. It is just trying to update the check partial via logger + that it throws the error. No firewall or internet blockages.
I downloaded it manually and updated it that way but be advised it throws an error when trying to update via Logger +. Using latest version.
