MSARS SDR

Good afternoon all.
I'm currently in Norway, and thought I'd listen to the lunchtime net via the Kiwi SDR, but my browser times out before a connection is established. Can anyone advise if the SDR is in fact running please?

I have had the same problem here and have not been able to log into the MSARS SDR from the USA. I believe that it is down.
