#Week 1
In mentoring the most challenging part is making the mind set of teachers to do action research.In my context teachers are not ready to do action research. They want to be in their comfort zone.
If these teachers are motivated for their professional development and tells them the value then they'll be ready to work.When they observe other teacher researchers and understand the benefit they'll start working on it.
