Regarding location of the Snow Bunting:
Noyo Headlands Park is the area of the old mill site that surrounds the old Mill airstrip. The parking area is west on Cypress street (west from Taco Bell). Go to the parking area and walk out west on the asphalt trail. The bird was being very confiding-people within 20-30 feet did not make it flush. We saw it near the picnic table that is on the headland about 250 yds west of the parking area and just west of that around the location of the "Punch Bowl". This morning chris found the bird along the asphalt path just above the punch bowl and a little north.
