My next step after channel 2 data reception and using msg manager and geosatsignal

Hi all first post here so be careful with me.Been using the above for some time and ive got the manager and geo working fine with the msg 4 data i receive from channlel 2 ,not using the other data i receive on channel 1,3,4,5,8 and eps10 and eps 15 as i dont know what to do with them,am i missing out on anything from these channels please

Briefly,

The thermal channel (9) is a great indicator of conditions, such as cloud top
temperature and hence the likelihood of precipitation. Others here will tell
you much more, and you might look for the ZAMG (IIRC) guides.

Search for "SEVIRI channel usage" or something like that as well.
