Moved Bas & HVS-1 to another pc SafeNet!

Hello All,
I thought that because of the current satellite changes taking place that now would be a good time to move BAS & HVS-1 downloads to a more modern pc. From Eumetsat I downloaded the latest software, installed it and together with the latest TBS software every thing seemed fine. However although I am receiving the announcement channels I am not receiving any data channels. My instinct tells me that this relates to the SafeNet software which I have never used before. Can anyone offer me suggestions as to what I need to do? Regards, Peter |

Hi Peter,
My reception of Eumetcast stopped at about 10h30 on Thursday 15th and since I have received occasional bursts of data but no images as the great majority of what was received was classed as 'lost'. Today around 11am data started to flow and images started forming and correct operation seems to have returned. I have several hundred packets rescued by FEC. My computer and software is unchanged since several weeks. I am relieved to see data again. It's still OK 5 hours later.
2 days + to get it right is hardly transparent to the user!
