I have been informed by Arne that the Dutch licenses are actually written in
English despite what was originally posted.
Ferdinand has conformed there is no handling charge in Holland for issuing of
licenses.

One thought - if you already had an EKU from EUMETSAT during the trial period
and for those who will be applying now, EUMETSAT will not, I understand,
'switch on' your EKU till they have received confirmation from the national Met.
Offices that they have in turn received your signed license agreement back.

But then, I thought, you would not be offered the ability to purchase the EKU
by EUMETSAT till they had been informed of your licensed status.
