Charlie,
Thanks for your informative comments.
Ah, right, a Cape Canaveral launch!
Yes, that will take longer.

Unfortunately there isn't much they can do to get a move on - swapping to the Cape from Kourou due to the Arianespace delays makes things even worse as there's so much inclination to pull out... and with only the ion thruster that ain't a quick job!
It's a similar situation for Hotbird 13F and 13G. Launched 15/10 and 2/11 respectively from the Cape after originally being booked on Ariane 6 craft; 13F is getting kind of close now finally. I'm not sure how the power of their ion thrusters compare as the satellite buses are from different suppliers (Airbus Eurostar Neo for the Hotbirds, Thales-Alenia Spacebus-Neo for 10B) - and 10B is a ton heavier. 5500kg launch mass, quite a chunker!
Last update I saw was expected EIS now pushed back to Q3 2023. Obviously that pushes back the HVS-3 launch too as that is contigent on the new satellite...
Still waiting to see power curves too - nothing even estimated, I guess we will see them when it arrives in orbital position and they get testing. The new Hotbird 13 birds are supposed to bring enhanced power output to the already fairly strong "European Superbeam" on that orbital position, fingers crossed we get something along those lines too.

David,
Thanks for the elements and links.
Back in business though E 10-B is still in transfer orbit.
I hope 'they' get a move on for 'our' change over.
Regards,
John

Hello All,
I check regularly with the Eutelsat website for any news of E 10-B but it and the 2 Hotbird 13 E satellites launched earlier have no news updates.
Could someone please supply the latest E 10-B Keps?
It's dropped out of my WXtrack Available box again.
Thanks
Regards,
John T.
