EUMETSAT Data Store and EUMETCastView

I'm not sure if this is then correct forum but I am seeking help with EUMETCastView V1.5.6. I am trying to download Sentinel-3 EFR Images from the EUMETSAT Data Store using EUMETCastView as these are no longer available on EUMETCast . I am able to download the images directly from the Data Store after logging on but would like to use EUMETCastView as an alternative method.
I have configured my details as shown in this image.  I have selected a date and pressed the "Download Available Segments from Scihub/CODA" button which triggers a password prompt as shown below.  On entering my EUMETSAT password, a pop window appears with the message "Received a wrong XML document" and can proceed no further. Is anyone able to help? Richard |

I have not tried the EUmetCastView software but I see that it says CODA.

Thank you for your reply. Since my request, I decided to register for access to the Copernicus Open Access Hub in case there was a problem with access to the EUMETCAST Data store. I can report that the Copernicus Open Access Hub is working successfully with EUMETCastView. Regards, Richard |

Hi Richard,
Yes, EUMETCAST changed the API for browsing and downloading their data. The new API is rather complicated and I didn't find the time yet to change the program. Scihub is still using the original API so downloading from their site is still working. Kind regards, Hugo |
