No TLE's for Metop-A in EUMETCastView

Hugo

Hi,

The TLE's for Metop-A (29499) are deleted from the weather.txt file that you can download from Celestrak.com.
Because EUMETCastView tests for the availability of those TLE's (Metop-A, -B en -C) the program will not download any segments from the Metop-B and -C sats.
A temporary work around is adding an old TLE for Metop-A to the weather.txt file or creating a new txt file with an old TLE from Metop-A. The later is probably the easiest.

Grts,
Hugo

Folks,

For users of my WXtrack software, I have Keplers for Metop-A (and other
satellites) available here:

https://www.satsignal.eu/software/KeplerUpdates.zip

They are in a multi-date two-line format from orbit 36 to late 2021. For example:

1 29499U 06044A 06292.95942425 .00072135 00000-0 33535-1 0 41
2 29499 098.7336 350.5230 0001346 343.4023 016.7613 14.20096852 36
1 29499U 06044A 06293.17078433 .00007909 00000-0 37293-2 0 59
2 29499 098.7333 350.7316 0001306 334.8402 025.2570 14.20091162 60
.
.
.
1 29499U 06044A 21333.94013206 .00000000 00000+0 40105-4 0 00011
2 29499 98.4773 6.9771 0195988 273.1389 256.6144 14.66426793784292
1 29499U 06044A 21334.57862061 .00000000 00000+0 43782-4 0 00016
2 29499 98.4770 7.6359 0197732 271.0290 27.7322 14.66809082784387

(I hope this hasn't wrapped!)

This allows the HRPT Reader to use current Keplers for old data, and hence
produce accurate results. I guess it would be handy if EUMETCastView could use
this data.

Cheers,
David
