under GNU/Linux switching on and off the single cable solution is as easy as setting a driver module parameter. Maybe for the sake of all Windows users someone should write a bullet proof formula for starting the TBS-6903 single cable solution on that OS. This with links to and copies of all relevant setup files probably including the needed *.dll(s) and AddTap.bat.

While the period for single cable TC setups will end with the change from C10 (polarisation H) to C3 (polarisation V) foreseen mid 2022 there will be another possibility for this setup with transponders WK10 and WK4 foreseen 1 July 2023.

As Ernst already mentioned, have you added the second TAP adapter? There's an AddTAP script created by the install procedure, and I would expect that needs to run in Admin mode. Please refer to the install notes, if there are any.

Many other users have done this and run quite successfully.

Michael,

The present BDADataEx software requires one instance for each tuner. I don't
quite see what your problem is as you could easily overlay the two windows so
that just one is displayed, or do something similar to mine where I have an
offset between the two windows so that both signal levels etc. can be seen. In
terms of "one window" just think of the two side-by-side as one window!

Each instance is set up separately - one for transponder 1 and the other for
transponder 2 (as called by EUMETSAT). Each instance needs a different IP
address etc.

tried a lot, but didn'd find the .dll on my system. I've got the actual version from CrazyCat v.1.1.4.11 reinstalled several times. No .dll

Where should the StreamReader.dll be located?

The DLL should be included in the download from CrazyCat. Search you computer
for it. If not found, I can put up a copy on my Web site, although I would
prefer that you get it (perhaps a more recent version) from CrazyCat's download.

the new dish is on the roof. SNR is about 13.2dB. Reception of BAS, HVS-1 and after changing the transponder manually HVS-2 running fine. Sorry for my next question... I was installing SR-Test.exe on my system for the T1-T2 reception on a single cable. After running your adapt.bat SR-Test.exe gives me a systemfault: can't rund the codes because can't find StreamReader.dll'? Do you have any idea what happened?
