Missing key error in Telicat

Hello

I have regular errors in Telicast for all services Basic, HVS-1 , HVS-2 about missing key in log file
Icon comes red. It comes typically almost every day.

In most cased it do not stop reception. 

Any Advise ?

Esko,

I've seen this when the signal is marginal, or varying. What do your missed and recovered packet rates show for the three services? Could it be interference (11 GHz or on the IF)?

Of course, we've just passed the solar outage maximum, so it could just be that. If the issues are all around the same time, ~11:30-12:00 UTC?

this is the spring solar E10A satellite colinearity. That's the time at noon the sun (with strong microwave radiation) is in your antenna beam.
This causes strong noise, SNR goes down and LOCK might even be lost. Depending on the antenna size this will go away within a week or so
(when the sun has more elevation at noon). You will have the same problem in autumn again ... Twice a year, just pure celestial mechanics.

Yes, this is the 'problem' at the moment for central Europe.
Today's plot attached about 11:35 GMT.
Red line = maximum outage track - Sun/satellite/dish colinearity.

I need to check if it happened during same time of day, I did not thought it to be solar problem

If Interrference might be possible due to long cable (50m)
I have very steady signal and big antenna

What SNR [dB] do you have on Transponder E1 (Bas, hvs-1) ?
What SNR [dB] do you have on Transponder E2 (hvs-2) ?
What is the size of your "big antenna" ?

With this SNR you should get good reception for all EUMETCast services. If your 2.3 m antenna is
on the ground I could imagine with low elevation (maybe 20°?) you risk more terrestrial interference.

Anyway it seems you have a broken SR1 now as well. EUMETSAT is currently testing the new
Novra S400 router. This might be a replacement option to consider though with hight price tag.

Yes, Antenna is ground and elevation <20 degree

I have another system with TSB 6903. Very powerfull, capable to receive all transponders at same time.
SR-1 was my first receiver. Now send for repair. Will se if this gets another life.

I also have one Techisat capable for basic service
