TelliCast Missed Packets False Alarms
David, as Ernst said, try to disable C-States (I did in complete). Cures the problem with the SkyStar2 eXpress HD and even on Smaug where I use two TBS 5925 the get full service. Even there it was ok

Douglas, it's a wide field to play. You will have lot's of fun. Try "ir108_3d" composite with channel 10.8 and you got a nice b/w picture with white clouds without IM inverse nedde...! ;-) Regards, Ch

Graham, all fine with your code and as it stalls only with the fulldisk area I think there is maybe some mismatch with the version Ernst and I have and yours!? Mabe he can give you a hint howto update

Graham, as Ernst said there is no natural color HRV available. You could try 'hrv_clouds'. The image you attached is a colorized HRV image, not implemented till now in SatPy. Regards, Christian

Ernst and Graham, you don't have to. If you process MSG, Satpy looks in seviri.yaml and in visir.yaml. So you can choose composites in visir.yaml too ...if the channels match. Regards, Christian Am 07
