Yes it was binary/ASCI thing caused the problem. ive tested everything but the Binary/ASCI.
Problem was that FileZilla downloaded all files as ASCI (in AUTO-mode).
Im really grateful for your help

Data Loss
This morning at about 11.25 - 11.30 UTC I saw substantial losses on both the basic and HVS-1 service ( not taking HVS-2) as did Douglas.
However on David's Tellicast packet loss page some are

Up to now we have worked with 32Bit TC/EKU software even under 64Bit GNU/Linux.
The new native 64Bit GUN/Linux TC/EKU software seems to be a real step forward.
