Unfortunately both recommended receivers appear to be sourced only from nonEU countries ( Israel and USA/Canada ). I am no expert and I stand to becorrected but purchasing on line from a non EU

After I had 'undone' the rf connector and 'dried' it somewhat, I re-assembled it and left it. An hour or so later it sprang back to life at full strength and all is now well.

It seems that the TT receiver requires both power and a USB cable before it shows any lights. I've got it back in circuit now but no signal coming from dish/LNB. I fear that the persistent intense
