For information, testing going well so far, been running constantly for five days, using new up-dated software, no segment loss on MSG Data Manager or Metop A/B, Packet loss is less than DVB World,

Alan, ok thats fine and you may be right but looking at the software release date on mine its dated Feb 04 2014 and designed to prevent segment losses, so I feel this is the up-dated version, however

You are quite right - I had confused myself between the card and USB box. But we do need to be specific each time we talk about the performance of these receivers.

Alan, I don't think Eumetsat tested any TBS cards. I think it was only the TBS 5925 USB box that was looked at by Eumetsat.
I do agree though that it is extremely confusing that there are different

Thanks for communicating the card model. Before you burst into print, think of what is going on. It is probable that your card is an example of the one which was tested by Eumetcast and
