I have done exactly as you say and i have in Device Manager Silicon Labs CP210xUSB to UART Bridge (COM4) with yellow exclamation mark Driver is shown as 10.1.3.2130 dated

Meantime Eumetsat informed that the Himawari issue is caused in the data transfer from JMA to Eumetsat, resulting in intermittent and delayed data. There is thus far no solution or a resolution time

Hi all,
in the meantime I have written a Windows script to address this issue.
The script delays the files and sort it by slots.
So most of the data is processed by MSG Data Manager.

1. Remove the USB UART Bridge from USB.
2. Follow this instructions to fully remove the driver: How to remove drivers
3. Install the driver v10.1.3
4. Plug in the USB UART
