Yes, APT from NOAA's will be with us till at least 2010 - all you need is a
RIG RX2,
a sound card and WXSAT.

EUMETSAT they would issue us with the decryption dongle for 40 EUR
and the software for 60 EUR. What I am not clear on is whether the
