Your signal seems to be good, but i can see there are some power lines blocking your antenna beam which certainly is less good.
And YES if you feed the dish motor via the TBS-card DiSEqC you should

I have a TBS-6903 dual port card in a fairly hi spec PC (i7 8086K@5Ghz, 32Gb ram, 2TB SSDs and a 8tb NAS). I have a 1M dish (on a motor) and am getting 98% signal and 78% quality from Eutalsat

I and can use it to grivr the dish motor.
Haven't beed able to turn to other satellites yet

I think I aligned it as best as i can.
I Set the motor and dish pointing South and the elevation I adjusted when it was locked on to EUMetSat 10E

Hi
I have just noticed that there doesn't seem to have been any GOES16/17 data since about 12:30
Is that the same for everybody - I cant see any announcement in the UNS

I think you too have a problem.
You, like me, are inside Eutelsat-10's max central power contour - though a bit further west.
With a 1.1 m dish you should be getting far more

Yes, there is definitely something wrong with your system.
Gibertini dishes are widely accepted as having 'the best' RF performance.
And as others have said your SNR - and, I would also say,

I have noticed that with the changeover this morning from MSG3 to MSG2 the
RSS data is not remapped to the correct longitude. This highly disrupts all
services running on RSS.
