Since 1500 UTC the RSS HRV image is moving west.
Covering from the west of Africa to the east.
And from 1600 UTC on it was moved further to the west.

I am monitoring ch9 RSS and there have been no problems with that this morning. I agree that the hi res vis channel is black (no image) for the UK at the moment.

Yes I have had to move 3 HRV RSS visible animations to Met-9 for the time being. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon, although RSS is due its monthly 48 hour shutdown for full disk imaging this

I see the Rapid Scan HRV channel scan area has been moved east again but this time to the extent that the UK is now completely missing ( so is France and a bit of Germany ).
Not sure what is going on

It would appear that from 14.00 UTC the Rapid Scan HRV channel has been moved east a little bit. This showed up in two of my animations and a quick check on the images confirmed

OK, Ian. I've not tried that fix here, but as it's "just" a registry edit you can roll it back if needed. Perhaps make a system restore point first. I recall someone else reporting the same problem
