My mistake earlier. I am on windows 10 not windows7 but still have build 19041 so hopefully should be still ok

a demodulator left for coming HVS-3 as the TBS-6909X can cope with 4 transponders of

I'm aware of that , but the point is that with a very cheap RTL-SDR he is able to receive and decode some kind of data protocol (IP over DVB-S2 ? ) with a Raspberry-pi.

the TBS-6909X can replace 3 SR1 TC receivers. So probably 3 TAP network adapters. As I just stated some posts down the road:
