David, sorry for the delay in reply been consumed with some family problems, however contacted ops at EUMETSAT and they were aware of my problem, apparently you have to run the client by using

could your LUTs be corrupt ? Do they work with other satellite images ?
Are you trying them in MsgDataManager or GeoSatSignal or ??
Sorry but can't think of anything else at the moment!

Yep, tried them all, from top to bottom of the supplied list but all I get is varying shades of greyscale from the vis through all the IR's, but thanks for the response

Was there any problem with RSS yesterday, I had no images but files were
coming into the received folder for RSS when I pressed the start button it
just deleted them then more came in which

I tried and -time does not let me give a range. But it takes a * as a wildcard.
- time *0:00 should produce all hourly images found
-time together with parameter -movie did not

Have you tried Thermal LUT LUTLandSea-red on IR1 (10.4um) channel of Himawari ?

you are right. I looked into your xrit2pic.ini file. There is really an
enc-speed and I took it over into my .ini.
So most things are already working...maybe a time frame/range could

Rob can probably not pack everything on the command line. So for some user preferencies like image size, frame rate, area definition by name etc., you still need the xrit2pic.ini. Look
