Re: Change of MSG system to linux
Oops yes forgot that bit (again!).
The SNR is quoted as % - actually comes out as a 0x number relative to 0xffff
(I think) I adapted femon to output just the stuff I wanted as decimal
numbers as I

Roland,
That sounds like you are trying to start TelliCast when it is already running, and hence the port 2517 is already in use. Check that you only have one startup for TelliCast - perhaps using

FY2E
Hi all
I started getting files like this arriving in my received folder earlier this week: Z_SATE_C_BABJ_20091218090000_0_FY2E_FDI_IR1_001_NOM.HDF
Presumably these are from the new Chinese satellite?

Sorry, Roland, I can't help as my two Windows-7 PCs are both running 32-bit Windows-7, and both with SkyStar 2 PCI cards (one 2.3 and one 2.6D), and the TechniSat 4.5.0a drivers.

Hello,
As I did not manage to get rid of the famous yellow T icon and as I attribute this at least partly to a faulty OS installation I have now a new PC running with Windows Vista 64
