HVS-1 data missing

fly.fechter@t-online.de

Hello,
I no longer receive HVS-1 data. TC cast client stuck at "connecting". I get basic data only.
I use client software v. 6.3.
Could you give me your advice, please ?
Thanks in advance,
Roland

Agreed Graham that FY3D is showing missing segments/data on a daily basis.
Suspect co-ordination between EARS stations.

Thanks, Graham. That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure.

I've seen the same issue, so it's best you and Ernst report it to EUMETSAT. They may be planning to resolve it before April 29, but usually once "we manufacturers" get to see it, such issues have been fixed. A report will help.

Ernst,

I take it that the MSG Data Manager is not involved in this issue?

Graham I can confirm that I too am seeing missing segments on FY3D data.

I see GOMS3 data is to be made available to all from 29/4/2021 although I have had to advise Eumetsat that it is not on the Portal.

Regards
Ian.

I see from David's plots that other users are seeing a bit of an

John I see no signal increase up here in Angus unfortunately, with levels as I would expect on a sunny day. Good that some are seeing an increase.

I'd wondered that as well, but TP2 hasn't changed. Of course, TP2 may be on a different and slightly broader beam antenna. In my report to EUMETSAT this morning I suggested the increase was more at stations to the north and west.

Any increase is very welcome, of course!
