Processing MSG-2 trial data

If you subscribed to the MSG-2 trial and do want to process this data
you have to setup MSG Data manager for this.

When running the more recent versions, go to Setup, Advanced and
choose Satellite MSG-2 instead of MSG-1.

Be carefull because if you have "Delete other" activated in the same
setupscreen then all MSG-1 rawdata will be deleted unprocessed !
