I suggest ignoring the new data until after October 10, but if you wish you can run another MSG Data Manager instance to process the new data, and that data alone. If you do that, be sure to set all the retention periods to ZERO days!

After October 10, use the latest beta MSG Data Manager and push the new data to (IIRC) the EUMETSAT Data Channel 4 directory - i.e. where you sent the old Himawari data. This to be confirmed, of course.
