We don´t received Images from MSG since 2017 0105 11:30 UT. Whats wrong?
Nothing is wrong with the EUMETCast system, so you'll need to check step by step:
- do you have an Ethernet link to the receiver?
- are you getting a satellite signal?
- is the Ayecka SR1 showing locked on the Ayecka SR1 Console?
- is the data rate about what you expect?
- is TelliCast running?
- TelliCast icon colour?
- anything in the TelliCast log files?
and so on with your processing software.....
