David, sorry for the delay in reply been consumed with some family problems, however contacted ops at EUMETSAT and they were aware of my problem, apparently you have to run the client by using shortcuts ie EUMETSAT\EUMETCast\EUMETCast BAS and like wise for HVS and I am being sent a CD for installation, but I have managed to install the very first issue received and it works perfect, so will let you know when CD arrives how it goes.
