Enzo,

Francois Roland has pointed out that I made an error in describing how to use the site drossel-services.de. I had not understood that the satellite Eutelsat 10E is in fact also known as Eutelsat W1 (-10), so to use the site you simply choose the satellite as Eutelsat W1 (-10), input your own latitude and longitude, and choose which days you want the solar data for, and the time of the solar transit is then shown together with useful data such as elevation and skew as well as azimuth.

I hope this will help you to align your dish correctly and receive the DVB S-2 transmissions from Eutelsat 10East.

Best regards - Alan S

Hello Allan

I do not believe,
On the menu: which satellite you want to receive:
the names of the satellite with the ( -** ) is situated to the East
the names of the satellites with ( ** ) is situated in the West
In this case take the name EUTELSAT W1
I have always been like this, and it market

Bonjour francois,

With the drossel-services.de site, you have to enter 10 followed by
return (Enter) to set the satellite correctly for 10 degrees East. If you
enter -10 it will select Eutelsat 1 at 10W. Then just enter your lat and
long and the date you want to do the work, and that's it! Time of sun
transit, elevation and skew all given.

Best regards - Alan S

Hello

It is difficult situations to understand, sometimes Pick up
complications where it did is not The setting of a satellite with this
software is really easy, The only condition is to have the Sun.
Even if the actual name of the satellite does not appear, We know that
it is a 10 degrees EST So just choose one to : -10 in menu Why search
complicated ! when you can simply !!!
