Regarding my recent post a notice from EUMETSAT.
They as well as us have to endure Sun co-linearity with their direct (MSG
and Met-7) reception of course.
Due to sun interferences of the disseminating satellites users might
experience lower signal margin or outages on EUMETCast.
The exact times and durations of the signal degradation or outages depends
on the reception location.

satellite, location and antenna size):
All C/Band South America users should also expect a period of degradation
from 05 October 2009 to 12 October 2009 between 11:00 and 11:20 UTC.
All C/Band Africa users should also expect a period of degradation from 06
October 2009 to 14 October 2009 between 11:05 and 11:25 UTC.

cycles 11:00 to 11:15 UTC may be interrupted or not available.
