The original AR-soft RAMDisk drivers were removed through Device Manager ( there is an option to do this when disabling ) but I do see ramdisk.cpl in Windows System 32 so I will rename it and see if the Control Panel entry disappears.
During my AR-Soft problems I also found that if you reinstall the original setup file (just as if you were setting it up for the first time) it gives an option to uninstall and it will remove the Control Panel entry as well.
