Robey boiler
Petan
Just checking on behalf on Tweed Shire’s Tweed Regional Museum at Murwillumbah NSW https://ehive.com/collections/5051/tweed-regional-museum
Would it be correct to say the following portable steam engine, as described and shown in the following website details, would be a normal multi tubular boiler with the hot firebox gasses passing through horizontal tubes from firebox to smokebox and the boiler having water internally? It is a Robey 25hp, 12 tonne, Class A DC, Portable Steam Engine, No. 29166 was built by Robey & Co. It is from a sawmill, so fuel would be sawmill offcuts. That website has the history of the engine. https://ehive.com/collections/5051/objects/478464/robey-stationary-steam-engine
Thanks Peter Cokley

Looks to be a bog-standard locomotive (portable) boiler, internally fired with hot gases passing through the fire tubes.
