Two new books from Hesperian Press are available from the online shop:

"Woodlines of Western Australia". The Kurrawang and Lakewood woodlines are the main feature of this book; other lines include Lakeside south of Boulder, Kurramia/Kanowna, Cue, Laverton, Gwalia and Westonia449 pages, 170mm x 240mm, french flaps, heavily illustrated with locality and routes of the lines. Price $85.00 ($76.50 for LRRSA members).

Horse Trams of the Old West. This slim volume described the Horse trams which were a feature of many of the old north coastal towns, taking passengers and cargo from the jetties to the townships. This booklet has a page or so of text describing the horse tramways of each of Rottnest, Carnarvon, Onslow, Roebourne-Cossack, Broome and Derby, followed by photographs. Card cover, 26 pages, A4 size, 36 photographs. Price $20.00 ($18.00 for LRRSA members).

Note, the Sales List has an incorrect physical description of these books, including number of pages, size, and most importantly price. This was the result of an unfinished "copy-paste" of the information from "In the Shadow of the Prom". The information above is correct.
