Friends, I regret that I have to have to convey to you the very sad news that Graeme Breydon died this evening.
Graeme became ill on Puffing Billy this afternoon and was taken to the William Angliss Hospital at Ferntree Gully for help. He was then transferred to Box Hill Hospital and died there later this evening.
I am thunderstruck at the suddenness of all of this and we will all very much miss his company and wise counsel. I will let you know more details as they come to hand.
Our thoughts go out to Graeme's Daughter Fiona at this very sad time for her and her family.
