And just to add further confusion, the power unit (motor and radiator) were supplied by John Fowler.
At least one photo of the loco at Kelly & Lewis shows the Fowler name on the radiator

I am confused by your mention of B4295 being at Thirlmere ex Kooragang as this hopper was at Thirlmere before 19 was put on the plinth at Port Waratah. There is a photo of it on the back page
