It's a 'replica' of the Oreti Railway, NZ, loco 'Lady Barkly'. built by Hunt & Opie, Victoria Ironworks, Ballarat in 1861. The 5' 3" gauge timber rail line ('Davies Patent') closed in 1867, but the three locos (all built in Ballarat) lived on, with normal railway wheels, on various bush tramways in NZ.

A friend was touring in Christchurch NZ and took this photo.
