Ils contiennent le fac-simile de quelque 35 mille pages du Bulletin Officiel de 1967 à 1996 en format pdf. La collection est vendue 1500 dollars US plus frais d'envoi. Le fait que ce travail ait été réalisé par une petite entreprise qui vient d'être créée par des collègues femmes me semble aussi digne d'être souligné. Ce genre de réalisation fait plus pour promouvoir la participation des femmes dans le développement que bien des conférences. Par décret du 31 août 1998 (JO du 1er septembre 1998, p. 13390), Monsieur Jean-Pierre DARDAYROL, ing. gal des télécom est nommé chef de la fameuse MISTIC ou MTIC, mission interministérielle de soutien technique pour le développement des technologies de l'information et de la communication dans l'administration, créée la semaine dernière pour remplacer la CCDA.

Aprs l'pisode de la semaine dernire consistant un superbe spam (qui est le quotidien des utilisateurs des listes de messagerie), je souhaite signalier un site intressant, quoiqu'ancien, mais dont les ressources sont considrables : http://www.nelsonwolfe.com/e-file/e-file_links.htm il s'agit d'une liste de liens et d'articles de doctrine sur les projets de gestion lectronique de contentieux, essentiellement aux USA. Cela donne en fait une mine de liens vers des cours et des jurisprudences parfaitement inconnues jusqu'alors ! PS : j'aimerai que la liste bouge un peu et que les membres ragissent, fournissent des infos, des trucs, des dbuts de disputes.. . non de discussions...
