Regarding the spring comet, it should become visible in the evening April 27-28, and dust tail flares May 2-4 as it hits minimum forward scattering angle. On paper it is better than NEOWISE,  like 1975 WEST but the unknowns of size, dustiness, cohesiveness put the prediction between 4th mag and -1.
