Giving away RR tix to NYC

I have four one-way tickets between Darien and Grand Central (= round trip for 2 people) which must be used by June 8. I won't be using them - anyone want them?

They're senior off-peak tickets and I think they can be used by anyone by paying the difference between senior and regular, and between off-peak and on-peak.

Let me know if you want them,

Lucinda

Groups dealing with foster kids are also looking for suitcases and duffel bags.

The Westchester Knitting Guild person in charge of charity knitting including giving yarn to the women's prison  is LInda Cramer  lcsc@.... Use my name and ask her who to contact.

Morning Margarita,
Muscoot is shearing on Mother's Day(Sunday May 14th), as usual, and I am reaching out to see if any of your spinning ladies would be free and willing to come by for another spinning and woolworking demonstration.
I plan to teach my group and the public how to skirt the fleeces as they come off the sheep and then weigh, bag, and label them. We will also have a carding and drop spinning table, some crafts, the usual deal. The Farmer's Market is open that day so that is fun and Muscoot will have it's own tent selling yarn from our sheep, shirts, and tote bags. So maybe that is an added draw...?

Lastly, Annie is still spinning for me but if anyone else would be willing and able to spin some Southdown roving for me I would be more than happy to give them their choice of a fleece on Mother's Day. That's the deal. I pay in fleeces.

Hope you are well and Ilook forward to seeing you and your group sometime.

Cheers,
