GoTo Mounts?
Hi All,
I just wondered if anyone has an extra or unused equatorial goto mount for sale or loan?
I'm always learning and adjusting my gear as I try to progress in this hobby. :>)
Regards,
Andy

Re: July EAS Virtual Meeting - Thursday, July 15th at 7:00 pm
I have no idea why, but for some reason there is 19 minutes of black screen that was added to the beginning of the video. Just bizarre.
I'll try to fix it later in the week, but it takes several hours

Dark space dust
Hi,
During last night's meeting space dust was mentioned. My image of IC4604 shows a dust storm that is quite apparent. The triple star at the center lights this portion of the Rho Ophiucus nebula.

Re: Virtual meetings vs in person meetings?
I think that both in-person and virtual meetings are valuable and like the idea of a quarterly in-person meeting. For many of us living on the coast, our closest club is HVA and the Zoom meetings

Re: Virtual meetings vs in person meetings?
I agree with Amy. I think we should continue monthly zoom meetings basically forever, but have an in person meeting quarterly as well. This meeting would have some special purpose, like a swap meet,
