Would a Railroad have run Dual Gauge track on a wooden trestle bridge?.

Well, let me frame the answer this way. There are numerous photos of the famous hanging bridge in the Royal Gorge with dual gauge track on it. Which means that these photos are from the time frame when the line from Canyon City to Leadville was dual gauge. There were numerous other bridges and trestles on this line. So it follows that there were dual gauged bridges and trestles out there.

A lot of wooden trestles and bridges up here in the Black Hills on the Dual gauge
