Call them on the phone to  check on their order.

 

I placed a large order right after the announcement and they were inundated with orders.  Email response was within days.  Periodically I would call and check on their progress.  They were busy!!!

 

They processed my order and after two and a half months, I received my parts with no issues whatsoever earlier this month.  In speaking with Liz, they had a lot of orders to still process.
