Yep, it had to be Photoshopped.
A bit later, I searched for Virginian 805 and found out it was a 2-10-10-2. These weren't used much and were known to fall through bridges due to their weight. They were then cut up into smaller engines. Essentially, the Photoshpper mingled the 2-10-10-2 and a triplex, a 2-8-8-8-4 to get the weird thing I found.
