not recieving a member's post on my group

Hi all I am searching and reachibg out for help I own a group, Santas Workshop I am not receiving one of the member’s group. She and I can e mail off list but she is the only member that I am not receiving her post on the group I am not sure what to look for. I’ve looked on history post, mod history but not sure what ot look for Please, can somene give me any help Sugar
